What we collect

Information you give us. When you subscribe to our newsletter, claim a business listing, or contact us, we collect what you provide: typically your name, email address, phone number, and business details.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic (pages visited, referring sites, approximate region). We do not build advertising profiles of individual visitors.

Business listing data. Directory listings are compiled from publicly available sources (business websites, public map listings, published hours and contact information) and from information business owners submit when claiming a listing.

How we use it

• To operate the directory, editorial content, and events calendar
• To send the newsletter you asked for (every email includes one-click unsubscribe)
• To contact business owners about their own listings — claiming, corrections, and listing products
• To process premium listing subscriptions through our payment provider
• To answer messages you send us

We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

We use a small set of service providers to run the site: hosting, database, email delivery, payment processing (for premium listings), and customer-relationship tooling. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Your choices

• Newsletter: unsubscribe via the link in any email, or write to us.
• Business listings: owners may claim, correct, or request removal of their listing at any time.
• Your data: you may request a copy or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@nocothrive.com.

Retention & security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and we protect it with industry-standard safeguards. No internet service can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the data we hold.

Children

NoCoThrive is a general-audience site and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We'll post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date below. Material changes will be noted prominently.
